Order Requirements

All orders require a minimum of seven to fourteen (7-14) days’ advance notice and a 50% down payment.

• Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
• Express orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Full (100%) payment is required upon completion of the order.
• Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage fees or cancellation.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of placing an order. Refund requests made after this period may be subject to fees based on the preparation costs already incurred.
